Refund policy

DETOLA AND GEEK AIMS TO ENSURE THAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE FULLY SATISFIED

If you are unhappy with your lampshade or any other product bought (total shock horror!), please do contact me, in the first instance, via email within 5 days of receiving your purchased item. We will do our best to resolve the issue. 

If you want to exchange/return your product for something else, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of your order. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The returned product must be in the original packaging (unused and undamaged).

Refunds will be given LESS SHIPPING COST as long as the item is undamaged & in the condition it was sent out to you in the original packaging. If a product(s) is/are returned to us and is/are damaged or in an unsaleable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CUSTOM/BESPOKE ORDERS, GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE. 


If the product purchased is delivered to you damaged/broken in the post while in transit, please email us STRAIGHT AWAY with pictures of the damages (the packaging, the product etc). I would need these to sas evidence to make a claim with the postal company. Only after receipt of the evidence will your claim be processed.
