Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail services to ship out all our products. Lampshades and other large items that can't fit through a letter box are sent using their tracked & or signed for service. 

PACKAGING
We tend to send out our handmade lampshades in new as well as clean undamaged used/recycled cardboard boxes. We always ensure that they are clean and fit for reuse (be rest assured). This reduces their carbon footprint and are eco-friendly too.

READY TO SHIP

These will be sent out bewteen 1-3 working days 

MADE TO ORDER 

These items may take between 1-2 weeks (same applies to items which are marked "Pre Order" in their title.) 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Any international custom, import, VAT, duties taxes/fees etc that may be due are solely borne by/paid for by the customer.
